1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by phlove (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "you," or "your") and phlove, operating under the domain phlove.cam.

• Account Ownership: Each User may hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

We reserve the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.1 Prohibited Jurisdictions

The Platform is not available to residents or citizens of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. We disclaim all liability arising from unlawful use of the Platform in restricted jurisdictions.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary based on the payment method selected.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• We do not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification and compliance with our anti-money laundering (AML) policies.
• All withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise agreed upon or technically infeasible.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

The Platform operates primarily in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit funds in a currency other than PHP, your payment provider or financial institution may apply currency conversion fees, which are beyond our control.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

• Engaging in fraudulent activities, including use of stolen payment methods, identity theft, or provision of false information.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account without authorization.
• Colluding with other players, match-fixing, or engaging in any form of cheating or manipulation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate illegal financial transactions.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or Platform staff.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation and take appropriate action, which may include suspension, account closure, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, text, software, and other materials on the Platform (collectively, "Content") are the property of phlove or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or publicly perform any Content without our prior written consent.
• Use any scraping, data mining, or automated data collection tools on the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the Platform.

Unauthorized use of the Platform's Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so the above limitations may not apply to you in whole or in part.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phlove, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Your use or misuse of the Platform.
• Your breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained herein.
• Any third-party claim arising from your actions or omissions on the Platform.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved as follows:

• Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or confidential information.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement
